Short term goal - 13 stone.Long term goal = 9.5 stone.Yeah I have my fitness pal but never bothered with it. my boss swears by it. Maybe I should use it again...
Just updated my fitness pal... am 10lbs lighter than last time i logged in ( a year ago)
It's very good for working out food portions and keeping an eye on things. I don't use it religiously but it helps get my mind in the right place.
